Oliver Bearman
Británico · 2024–presente
Oliver Bearman made his Formula 1 debut on a day's notice. Born in Chelmsford in 2005 and part of the Ferrari academy, he was in Jeddah to race in Formula 2 in 2024 when Carlos Sainz needed surgery for appendicitis. Aged eighteen, he stepped into the Ferrari and finished seventh, ahead of Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton.
That same year he raced twice more, now with Haas, standing in for Kevin Magnussen when he had to serve his race ban. In Baku he scored again.
In 2025 came his first full season at Haas, with Esteban Ocon as team-mate, and it got better as it went on: sixth at Zandvoort from the back of the grid and fourth in Mexico, one place off the podium. He finished thirteenth in the championship with 41 points, the best tally of his career.
Two different teams in his first two years in Formula 1 and points with every one of them. Ferrari is keeping a close eye on him.
What if Bearman had another car?
We took his real attributes and put him in the best car of each era: in a real driver's seat, against the team-mate that car actually had. 30 full seasons in each.
