1. What the service is
F1 Legend Sim is a Formula 1 season simulator built for entertainment, developed as a personal fan project. It is not affiliated with Formula 1®, FOM, the FIA, or any real team or driver. Driver names and data are used for informational and recreational purposes under fair use.
2. Permitted use
- The service is free and for personal use.
- You may share your results by linking directly to the simulation URL.
- You may not use the service for commercial purposes without express permission.
- You may not attempt to overload, hack or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Limitation of liability
Simulation results are fictional and algorithmically generated. They are not real predictions and carry no official sporting value. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability.
4. User accounts
By signing in with Google or GitHub you agree that we store your email address and the associated simulation history. You can request deletion of your account at any time by writing to danielcangomez@gmail.com.
5. Advertising
The service may display Google AdSense ads to cover infrastructure costs. Ads are subject to Google’s policies. See our privacy policy for more about advertising cookies.
6. Intellectual property
The simulator’s source code belongs to its author. Historical driver and season data are in the public domain or come from open sources (Ergast API, Jolpica). Formula 1® and all team names are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Spain.
